Yamaha waverunner jet skis

Category: pwc, waverunner, Sea-Doo

Who uses Yamaha waverunner jet skis

In summer 2007 the Department of Land and Natural Resources' Division of Aquatic Resources Maui office purchased a Yamaha Waverunner Jet-ski to be used as part of their newly launched monitoring program designed to assess nearshore marine resources in waters surrounding Maui. "The public will be seeing DLNR personnel using this jet-ski in shallow nearshore locations to do fish surveys around North Kihei, Makena, Olowalu, North Ka'anapali, Honokowai, Kahana, Waihe'e, Waiehu, Kahului, and Pa'ia," said at the time Allan Smith, DLNR interim chairperson. DLNR’s Maui habitat and fish monitoring coordinator John Mitchell then commented that "shallow water inshore areas are very difficult locations in which to do fish surveys. In order to safely and efficiently conduct these new surveys, two-person snorkel assessments will be done, and the survey team will be utilizing the jet-skis."

Why choose Yamaha waverunner jet skis

The answer is here: June 2, 2008 Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A. announced that the personal watercraft industry's first fuel saving feature, Low RPM Mode, started saving Yamaha WaveRunner owners up to 26 percent in fuel costs based on average annual use. This fuel savings was calculated using the Yamaha FX SHO(R) Series WaveRunner and the then prices for regular 87-octane fuel. Yamaha WaveRunners are the only line of personal watercraft optimized for Regular Unleaded fuel rather than more expensive, higher octane blends.
